I imagine it like a typical 90s sitcom, where the dude is like "hey hey I'm not gay why you sculptin' me" but is secretly flattered that another guy finds him attractive since lord knows he never gets compliments from women. But then the statue is revealed with the small penis and he's super indignant and forgets about being self conscious and is like "hey!
