I suggest using a full spectrum LED light and store bought soil i use LEDs for my mothers and 325w LEC x2 over each 4x4 table (i run two tables). for soil, i buy pro-mix and mix with earthworm castings, then add a shot of marine cuisine to each pot. OriginalPlain2 posted... dont use water bottles to water the soil.
