It depends on a couple things (also I'm thinking of "game of the year" in terms of TGA and public opinion, not my personal goty)

1) Does Switch 2 launch with new 3D Mario? If yes, I expect this to be the year's critical GOTY
2) Does Silksong come out?
3) Is there a surprise viral hit out of nowhere that changes the industry? Something like Palworld but bigger and without the controversy.
4) Is Rebirth a buggy mess?

If the answer is no to these possibilities, then I think FF7 Rebirth wins
