Most of these natty bodybuilders dudes are killing themselves with some very specific diet and dehydration to make all the muscles and veins pop. I dunno if they're "killing themselves", you just underhydrate a bit for competitions or photoshoots or whatever and then go back to normal afterwards one of my work colleagues once was also a bodybuilder (the kind that do shows and stuff) and most of the time he just looked like a normal particularly buff guy --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
