I started lifting (no steroids obviously lol) and while I absolutely dont look swole or jacked I definitely look a bit bigger and stronger. My shoulders, chest and arms have definitely got more volume to them.

so you can still improve your body but yeah I guess to look truly buff or whatever you either have to do steroids or dedicate your life to the gym and making sure your nutrition is on point.
