Wrapping and bracing it now since it seemed to always get hurt again since its my right wrist and im right handed. Also, i broke down and finally bought a Ninja Creami!! Excited since i have a big sweet tooth and looks simple to use for protien shakes to turn into good ice cream consistency. Thanks and tell us what you make . I got a Ninja Blender and Speedi .
