So that's why he wasn't seeing tips on his receipt initially. I told him I didn't see the prompt to tip at the moment and that I normally do but he didn't believe me at the time and was upset. After a while I defended myself and told him if he has a problem he needs to take it up with Uber not me, and he should leave me alone and go about his day. People really get crazy and emotional over tips sometimes, when in reality is all optional at the end of the day. I used to work as a cashier, and bartender at a sports stadium, some days we got tips which was cool and others we didn't. But the days that we didn't I wasn't standing their upset at the customers that they didn't give me extra money on top of their order. Some people just get entitled ... Copied to Clipboard! |
