Guide 02/03/24 4:14:10 AM #2: | Wake up in the middle of the night, pushups and situps, then I take like a four hour long walk, or at least until the sun comes up.
Then I curl up while sitting crosslegged and remind myself my condition is not my fault while also replaying every cringeworthy thing I've ever done since I was six years old, and then considering the myriad missed opportunities I've had in life. Then I get tired of that and play video games until my girlfriend wakes up.
