Just found out at beginning of December that I need to replace $25-30k worth of plumbing underneath the foundation, running from the bathroom to the backyard. That's not gonna happen, it's definitely the next person's problem.

If the inspector the next person hires notices it, they might force you to pay for it, or force you to take it out of the price of the house.

I pretty much required the sellers to fix any "issues" that the house was going to have for at least the first 5 years I owned it.
