Most of the "ultimate" weapons are worse than what was already available. Edgar and Mog's lances aren't even flagged as lances, negating the damage boost from Jump. The extra dungeons are tedious and the antithesis of fun. The only benefit to the Advance port is the ability to steal multiple Ragnarok/Illumina swords, ironically further defeating the "ultimate" weapons that were added. The extra summons are fantastic.
