It was last off-season when Judge hit free agency and Padres tried getting him before they landed Bogaerts. But Judge wanted to stay in NY so he stayed. i thought you were talking about some kind of trade. i'm not seeing how the MLB can veto a free agent signing lmfao. furthermore the finalists for judge were the giants and yankees.
