EDIT: I'm obviously joking, but... Fuck it. I love ToP's 17 characterization. Yes, I get it feels like a power reach, but most things he does are less... Power related, and more... He's just straight up more intelligent than Goku/Vegeta/Frieza/etc., so he knows exactly how and when to play his cards. EDIT EDIT: And, to be fair, I love the moment when... Jiren figures it out, since... During the assault from the final 3, he tries to ignore Goku/Frieza and take out 17, since he clearly figured out 17's plan.
