With that slow and dramatic intro, Dodo's Lair is set up to be quite the iconic piece. I remember that I used to be "eh" about this one, but I've found myself appreciating it the more I listen. Wow this one starts out heavy. At first I didn't really vibe, but it definitely gets stronger the more the melody shines. The simpler, cleaner vibes of the Dodo are more my speed. Simpler to latch onto, but not so simple I'd be tricked into this was an actual NES or GB song. Kinda ended too soon tho. Third match is both brilliant and eyebrow raising. Idk how to talk about jingles. Dodo one better. Yay. Short and simple write-ups today. This kind of music isn't really "my thing" even though I'm liking what I'm hearing well enough.
