Can't wait until it changes to Gulf War Abe Simpson is still a WWII vet, and Seymour Skinner is still a 'Nam vet. The two of them (and Agnes Skinner by extension) just retroactively become older and older as the show goes on and the sliding timescale stretches further and further into the future.
