Today the two sides got into an argument over whether Ivanka can be compelled to testify. The AG wants to call her to testify and Trump's team was objecting. Her lawyer says she doesn't live or work in NY but she never submitted an affidavit stating such. When the judge asked what NY property she owned the defense went "we don't know," the AG gave a list of properties, and then the defense claimed it was out of date (despite having just said they didn't know.) The defense also tried to offer up Eric instead but the AG went "lolno" The judge ruled she can be called as a witness but she can appeal the decision. We also have tentative dates for when the Trumps will be called to testify.
