Pretty tough matchup between two nutjobs who care about their partners. Having checked a little more into it, I dunno about stressing that stint where Carnage tried being good as that was magically induced by someone else (although a character who could go through a similar situation and still remain evil anyway / ignore it might get more points, but that's irrelevant here).

Going to hold off for more arguments from those with more familiarity with both, but currently I am leaning toward Cioccolata. Both of them are horrible mass killers, but Carnage appears to usually be all about immediacy. He doesn't really care much outside of just killing who he feels like in a usually quick and brutal fashion and is generally chaotic in nature.

Cioccolata is more sadistic, aiming to cause more suffering and also getting in on mental abuse. I guess you could argue the "progress as a surgeon" part but that seems more "progress as a sadistic piece of shit".

Plus the relationship between Cioccolata and Secco seems more screwy compared to Carnage and Cletus.
