She says she's screwed, but we never see her turn to dust. Now both her and Mia are dead. Yup. People were hopping mad about this when the game came out because there's a serious argument that Zoe was "better" moral choice given the situation. But it's literally a binary good or bad ending button. I'm conflicted. On one hand it does feel kinda lazy. On the other I'm kinda sick of games having "Moral Choices" were the same exact thing happens no matter what you pick. I already am a big enjoyer of blackjack so this was ridiculous, but I really liked it lol. Frustrated trying to win that final showdown, but that's by design. Even played the Survival mode for it. What a crazy idea for a side story piece of DLC. Minigames I guess. I loved the 21 DLC. I did all the achievements.
