Additional notes: The powerset behind the Looper, Dragon Chaser, Coupon Dealer, and Death Diver were all from the original Blade Mafia 5 setup from several years ago. Blade somehow "lost" the niche weird 18th role to this setup and didn't realize until he was about to send them out, so the role that Plum ended up getting was essentially created on the spot right before launch as a glorified vanilla with niche at best powers. Sheep's flavor was so lazy because SBell made a joke about Blade making lazy flavors as he was writing them up, so Blade decided to change one of the vanillas to the stupidest flavor possible without writing flavor text for it, and hope SBell got it "for the lulz". Personally, I think BCT's flavor text was clever!

Dragon Chaser at max power was immune to virtually everything in the game, except for Sultan's power (and he died day 1). Losing him so early hurt the scumteam a lot more than they realized. Wall's role for example was basically just regular BG at best so long as Dumey lived. Blade really liked this role and was disappointed it died so fast. On the other hand, we were both worried that Death was going to get shot immediately and end up wasting the Indy role, as he wasn't BP.

The PT Cop, Detective, Jailmaster, and potentially the backup qualified as "police roles". Isquen would've received a success message targeting police immune Ulti, who would've bypassed the action. Ulti's passive showed the scumteam all results given to these roles every night so long as he was alive, which is why scum knew IGCD was roleblocked successfully on night 1, as he backed up a "police role". Scum didn't realize for a while that Jailmaster counted. If IGCD used this power on Red, and shot anti-town, the compulsive nature of the role would have forced him to shoot again, as a continuation of the power. Red thought there might only be 4 scum since his role near-guaranteed an extra town kill. IGCD could not target a Loopered player, but he could target action-unused Peaf.

Oh and speaking of Looper, Lea couldn't act night 1 because she died day 1. BCT was actually the first person to figure this out. Speaking of the BCT thing: "Roleblocks can be redirected, unless the redirector themself is roleblocked. If a redirector redirects a roleblock onto themselves, it creates a paradox where they were roleblocked, even though the action was technically successful."

Night 1 was an epic disaster for scum. Dumey got caught by Indy+Town combined.. By the only power left in the game that could catch him, on the only night it was capable of catching him. SBell got shot. IGCD was going to scan Ulti as not having access to a private thread, but they blocked him. Generally though, scum must've really really hated neighbors! Shooting neighbors 3 times in 4 nights really ended up narrowing down their options. Red actually thought the scumteam had a bonus incentive for killing neighbors.

All the weird flavor stuff on flips and new topics was all my doing and none of it was pre-planned. I don't really know why I did it, but it was fun, and I liked my last topic~

That concludes Blade Mafia 5. Thank you all for playing!

P.S. This was your final boss if it got to the final 3. Feel the terror!
