I'm part Korean so when it's straight it's slightly curly at roots and straight on the ends. Normally it's pretty tight packed curly. Super manageable when it's short and at best an annoyance when it's long and not straightend

Hm, it sounds like you have great hair. As you said before though, growing it out is the hard part. I think I lucked out with fast growing, thick hair. Not even my siblings have hair like mine.

One of the giveaways for steroid use when bulking up is the "ballooned" shoulders, which I'm not really seeing.

True, I dont have those boulder shoulders some steroids users have.

I've lifted for 10+ years, and you do not look like you do steroids. Your body and physique are amazing. So whatever you're doing, keep it up, but you don't look like you do steroids.

Thank you. It took a while to figure out what works for me. I did a lot of experimenting early on and I still do just to make the routine fresh.

Lifts?

I do a variety of different lifts but for each muscle group, I aim for 8-12 working sets. For chest, I always do two different pressing movements with dumbbells(flat and incline) and some type of chest fly. Occasionally, Ill do weighted dips.

For back, I always do weighted pull-ups. In my opinion, thats a really good lift for making your back thick and defined. It also gives a fantastic biceps and forearms burn. Ill do a horizontal pull like a seated row. Some days, Ill do rack pulls to switch it up. For lower back, I spam back raises towards the end of the workout while holding a few plates.

For legs, back squats and Bulgarian split squats. Ill also do leg extensions, seated leg curls, and single leg RDLs. Standing calf raises at the end of the workout are superb.

For biceps, aside form pull-ups and chin-ups, Ill do some type of curling movement. Ill usually stand against a wall while curling so I dont swing and use momentum. I do all of my triceps work at the cable machine. Triceps push down with a bar and a rope and then triceps overhead extension with the rope.

For shoulders, I like to do a standing military press usually with the barbell if one is available but dumbbells work as well. I spam lateral raises and rear deltoid flies as well.

For forearms, I mainly do farmers walks for 30 seconds to 1 minute but my forearms get worked a lot during weighted pull-ups. Abs is just cable crunches, decline weighted sit-ups slow and controlled, and hanging leg raises.

You have good ab genetics. Besides that nothing is crazy about your body after 4 years of training.

Thanks and true. I think something like mine is achievable with enough hard work over a few years.

I admit Im a little envious of people that can achieve results like this.

Im not sure what your starting base is but you can probably do it as well. The hardest part is consistency with exercising and watching what you eat. The hardest part for me was cutting down on fast food significantly and learning how to properly cook healthy meals.
