That 10% is probably still a good 10% better than like 50% of the guys on CE.

Its all about perspective.

True. I think a lot of the lonelier men on CE have potential. They just need to work on themselves a bit. I would not have had the success with women I've experienced if I stayed in my room all day and hated myself like back in 2019.

Not at all. Your muscle mass doesnt exactly look huge (not meant as an insult). The thing about your body that stands out is that your body fat percentage is impressive, more than muscle mass.

I wouldn't have taken it as an insult. Yeah, maintaining a low body fat percentage year round is hard haha. I definitely don't recommend it unless you don't see the usual side effects that stem from being lean. Thank you for the compliment.

Nope. Nothing to me screams steroids. When, I think of steroids, I think of huge muscles on them (usually), and a fast gain in a short amount of time. The muscles also look really weird.

That being said I don't know if steroids=automatic big. Duration matters. Obviously eating more makes lty big.

You just look really cut/low body fat and that's pretty reasonable to get in 4 years.

Aside from health reasons, one of the biggest motivators for me to stay away from steroids is hair loss. I love my hair so much that I'd rather not take the risk. If I end up going bald later in life, then it should be at the right time naturally.

Lol, ok bro

I was being serious but I often compare myself to fitness influencers online since a lot of my YouTube and social media feed is fitness related. I tend to watch a lot of videos on correct form, dieting, and so on. I'm exposed to a lot of people who look very good,

You got a good physique and it doesn't look like steroids. It does look like you're taking some kind of performance enhancer is all. I remember your past issues and it's good you've made it through that college life and was able to move on.

I could see an argument for me taking a performance enhancer. People do come to me sometimes and ask me how I can go from bench pressing to heavy squats to weighted pull-ups all within the same workout.

Yes, I'm glad that everything from my past worked out in the end. Self improvement and slowly working on bettering yourself every day does wonders for your life. Hitting rock bottom gave me new perspective on life. I realized that I wasn't taking care of myself and I was making poor decisions. I am glad that you remembered those times. It shows that you cared.
