Sorozone posted... Need more info. How long have you been lifting? Going from that to that in a 3-4 years seems completely normal even if you aren't going on a consistent schedule. That to That in 6 months to a year, yeah I'd say you were probably taking something. I've been consistent from 2020 until now. Even during lockdowns, I was a few weights at home so I could still exercise.
