They can literally blow up a planet by doing nothing at this point. It would be realistic for them to throw a punch and break reality (Goku vs Beerus and Gogeta vs Broly). Except Toriyama himself stated that if every Ki blast blew up the planet they were standing on, there wouldn't be much of a story to tell lol

Also its been implied multiple times that they fight at super speed, but we see it in super slow-mo. Frieza vs Goku fight happened in a short amount of time but for us it was whole episodes. The Cell vs Goku fight, we could watch normally but it was shown on TV in the audience perspectives as blurs (not even that).

Then the Tournament of Power Arc took place in a short amount of time, but it felt much longer because of how fast they were all fighting.

yeah i know they fight at super speed but i doubt they break light consistently. they can just be going a fraction of light and the world would still look like its frozen to them. like the metroman feat from megamind (when he is casually going about his day while everyone appears frozen) is "only" calced at 1/670th the speed of light.

the main thing that has me doubt their speed is that the cast are planet bound for the most part and fight in small areas. I will believe them to be massively faster than light if they ever fight in space and zip across multiple galaxies during their battles. that actually happens in some fiction.
