You can believe in a 'creator' without believing in any religion. Never thought of that did you??? I've posted a lot in the past about America not being a Christian nation and the Founders being deists. The thought has crossed my mind more than a few times, thanks. But the rub is that the things you're saying are only said by a very small and very specific subset of Christian fundamentalists.
