Basically every major coffee retailer does this. Kuerig does this. If you've ordered coffee, you would most likely go to the hospital if you immediately poured it on your groin. A_Good_Boy posted... When is McDonald's gonna start learning the lesson that they shouldn't be serving food that can disfigure people? This would shut down the coffee industry. In terms of this case: McD has a requirement to secure the coffee.
