Sekiro > Bloodborne > DS3 > DS1 = ER > DS2 > post Lord Vessel DS1. Not played DeS so can't comment on it.

These all rank from 5/5 to 4/5 though. Sekiro needs nothing said.

Bloodborne runs badly, but has excellent gameplay, outstanding world design and atmosphere and some really good boss fights. It probably has the single best piece of DLC in the franchise too. Sony, please just remaster this and make it run at 60fps.

DS3 also has great atmosphere, although the level and world design is a bit linear and I wish the aesthetic wasn't quite so muted. The bosses are overall the best in the franchise and they're so good that it propels the game this high. Even the tutorial boss probably surpasses half the franchise and the likes of Abyss Watchers, Soul of Cinder and the Nameless King are EZ top tier bosses, to say nothing of the DLC bosses. Gael, Friede and Midir are really strong contenders for top 10 bosses.

DS1 is the opposite, the bosses are a bit basic by today's standard but the level and world design is among the best in gaming even today. The second half falls off pretty hard though. Tomb of the Giants is horrible and Lost Izalith/Demon Ruins is so clearly unfinished. The rough points of DS1 are bad enough to drag it down pretty far.

ER has a lot of filler and it's the only reason it's this far down. The high points are absolutely outstanding, some of the later bosses are easily on par with those of DS3, the legacy dungeons themselves are fantastic and I do think the world is great to run through the first time. That first time heading underground is still unforgettable imo. The only outright bad thing imo is world pvp is kinda trash compared to other games, which is a shame because ER has the best build diversity since...

DS2 is very overhated imo. ADP was a bad choice, but you can literally just put a couple of points in it and it's no longer an issue. The world design is super wonky even if the individual levels were actually pretty solid. The game still looks gorgeous today. It was very ambitious and it's a shame it couldn't have cooked a bit longer.
