Mine is wearing out and I should probably replace it (it keeps double-clicking instead of single-clicking and sometimes has trouble dragging), but mouse shopping is a pain. I routinely swap between lefty mouse for everyday use and righty mouse for games, so I need something ambidextrous, but I also want a few extra buttons (mostly back and forward buttons for browsers, but they have other applications), and mice with extra buttons tend to be handed. It's made even worse by the fact that I don't like buying mice without being able to feel them to see if they're a good fit, so I'm limited to the pretty small number of options on display at local stores.

I'd thought this particular model (Razer Diamondback) was out of production, but just doing a search now I seem to be able to find a couple listings, so I might just order one of those. Otherwise, I'll have to start hunting.
