| guffguy89 09/03/23 4:13:38 AM #37: | When I saw Wisconsin play Buffalo, I thought I'd see head coach Lance Leipold on the Buffalo sidelines, but when I noticed it wasn't him, I did some research and see he's now coaching Kansas. Good to see him continue to get better and better gigs.
Leipold was the head coach of my alma mater, UW-Whitewater, where he led their football team to 6 Division 3 football championships from 2007-2014 before departing for Buffalo in 2015. In 2014, his final year, UW-Whitewater achieved a feat no other Division 1-3 school had ever achieved: NCAA championships in football, basketball, and baseball all in the same year (all division 3). The Colorado/TCU game did take center stage this week, and for good reason. It was pure theater. --- Don't mind me. I'm just here for the contest. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
