It seems like the need to manually go in and set up port forwarding has set up the entire "cloud" industry for success You should be able to host a website by clicking on it like an exe. Anyway Ring doorbells should not send video streams outside of the lan for security reasons but I'm sure they all do, and I'm sure it's all recorded, so police can just spy on you if they have a warrant, and I'm sure pervert Ring employees are jerking off to your family. ...
