| AloneIBreak 09/01/23 9:31:24 AM #26: | I like my smart watch. Charging it can be a pain in the dick, but it helps me be more active. The heart rate zone monitoring during exercise helps me maintain the effort I'm looking for. It's helpful on hikes where it's just me and my dog. Bluetooth controls on my wrist when I'm listening to music are nice to have. Seeing who is calling me is nice because I can ignore it without getting my phone out of my pocket. GPS navigation is nice. Bails me out when I need to set a timer for cooking but left my phone in the other room. Waking up to my wrist vibrating is so much nicer than a jarring alarm sound too. Probably some other shit I can't think of. It wouldn't be a huge deal if I didn't have it, but I'm glad I do.
