I've had one pay raise in four years and it was 2%. I'd leave but finding a fully work from home job that pays as much as I currently make isn't so easy. Also it's not so bad I'd take that risk. It's just annoying I'm at the point where I've canceled all subscriptions and am never eating out If my debt doesn't go down I'm just fucked...
