Yeah I can still afford my bills but I'm a lot shorter on discretionary spending money than I was before. I've had one pay raise in four years and it was 2%. I'd leave but finding a fully work from home job that pays as much as I currently make isn't so easy. Also it's not so bad I'd take that risk.
