The eastern bloc outright called the Berlin Wall the "Anti-Fascist Protection Rampart" back in the day, on the grounds that everything to the west of the wall was still controlled by fascists even after Nazi Germany was defeated (maybe if Spain suddenly swept in to conquer Europe, but odds are good that they'd just get squashed by the US and Britain the moment they tried). Russia now basically only thinks of "Nazi" as meaning "opposed to Russia", rather than anything the Nazis actually believed in and what they did outside of breaking the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact and invading the USSR in WWII.
