| Esuriat 08/19/23 5:12:48 PM #10: | For winds it won't be too big of a problem because the colder waters off California's coast are going to weaken it substantially as it goes north. The real potential hazard is going to be runoff on mountains and flooding into rivers, since dry soil does not absorb water very readily.
