Well my top three are in the top four, but I don't feel great about it because I definitely overrated one and underrated 6/15

The Bad Guys wasn't something I thought I'd end up enjoying as immensely as I did, but I really love the art style for the animal cast at least. The humans all look weird and I don't gel with the way their teeth and lips move whenever they're talking. Like I get it's an aesthetic, but it's just not for me. On that note did anyone else find it weird that humans and animals just kind of... coexist and understand each other in this world? Also why are some animals sentient while others are just normal kittens or guinea pigs? Someone explain the damned rules of this world! I understand The Bad Guys is based on an existing property, but they already took some creative liberties with Ms. Tarantula so that they could get the overused AWKWAFINA to voice her so imo they should've just taken more creative liberties and went full Zootopia. No humans. All sentient animals. Way less confusion.

As for the plot it is... very obviously geared towards younger children so I can't on it TOO much for having the most obvious "twist" villain since King Candy, and the most predictable double crossing of the real villain since I guess Darth Vader? Things I could have seen coming from ten miles away aside it was a fun action-comedy with a lot of lovable memorable characters and Mr. Piranha is there too. Also I must say, as someone who identifies as a furry, but not one of... those kind of furries, I do not normally go for such things, but Mr. Wolf and Diane Foxington are magnetic to watch. Especially that dance scene. Like... oh my. There really wasn't any need to make their designs that appealing, but I'm glad they did. I just hope this movie doesn't awaken something in an entire new generation of children la Lola Bunny.
