Eh tainted losses still count when you have enough of them. Rocck's overall losing record at WM (I believe) kinda puts him out of the running with that.
Also if you're going to get down on tainted losses he's got a tainted win over Cena. Can't have it both ways.
What taint is there to the win over Cena? At all? Cena being an idiot with the People's Elbow?
