Your son is smarter than most of my extended family :( Sadly, he is smarter than much of HIS extended family as well. My immediate family is intensely Democrat, but there is an Alabama/Georgia branch of the extended family that is hard core in the bag for Trump. One of my cousins in that branch, a rare liberal, moved to Michigan last year. She told everyone it was to take a new job, but she confided to me and my Dad that she could not stand her Mom (Dads older sister) talking about Trump any more. They lived on the same street, and apparently my Aunt would go over every day and drone endlessly about Donald Trump. My cousin just could not take any more. That cult, sadly, is really strong. --- An opinion does not turn into a fact simply because the person holding it feels strongly about it. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
