Topic	Wtf is going on with me lately, I've been super anxious over the last month

When my dad passed over 2 years ago, it definitely gave me more anxiety and it hit me hard that we don't live forever. I guess my only advice is to try not to think about death too much. Live your life. Do things that make you happy, socialize with people, take care of your physical and mental health, and keep yourself busy to be a better you. --- Less is more.
