Topic	Wtf is going on with me lately, I've been super anxious over the last month

Even in the best case scenario where I'm like 90 in my deathbed surrounded with loves ones, the idea that I'm going to die one day is seriously upsetting to me. I don't know why this has been in my mind lately. The only thing that I can think of is that I'm getting unhealthier (gained like 25 pounds from the start of the year) and Im starting to see the aftereffects of it, maybe that's why I'm getting scared shitless of death all of the sudden.
