I was doing good but had to do some physical upper body work yesterday that aggravated it again. Tomorrow if I wake up feeling like today I'm going to my local minor emergency clinic. Man that sucks, hope its not bad. For me right now its starting to get unbearable, but strarting my meds today so hope its helps some. Barely slept and cant find a position where I feel comfortable.
