Cauliflower anything sucks and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. i remember when i was running a mid range steakhouse i had a food rep come in from sysco trying to sell me on a bunch of high end appetizers most of them were fucking cauliflower lol it was "on trend", she said mf tried to get me to slice cauliflower long ways, grill it, and drizzle it with some other trendy sauce and serve it as "cauliflower steaks" said the price point should be $16 usually i entertained those kinds of meetings because they'd toss a ton of free samples at you (and free samples were usually the whole fuckin box) but i had to stop her mid meeting and say i wasnt interested shit was nasty ...
