Sorozone 07/18/23 9:15:01 PM #287: | Continuing with my deload/rest week, today was my second workout full body of just light weights, low reps. Decided to just see how many 135 reps I could do at the end on bench press, ended up with 32 reps. I think that's the most I've ever done, granted it's not something I ever do, and the last time I recall doing it was years ago and I think I hit around the mid 20's in reps.
