35. Our Lady Peace – Whatever – 7.2
Azuarc

Was this used as a credits theme in some movie? It sounds familiar. Anyway, this is pretty good. The heavy guitar sounds pretty good and creates a memorable melody.

34. John Linnell – Louisiana – 7.2
Kazbar

The instrumentation is absolutely dreadful, but for some strange reason it’s also catchy as hell, and the singer’s pretty good. Thank God it has a decent melody.

33. Janne da Arc - Ueta Taiyou – 7.3
Nio

For generic J-rock, this is actually pretty cool. However it still has the problem of being a generic J-rock song. Put it with a lot of others in the genre and I honestly won’t be able to pick it out. The guitar work is pretty damn good, and I actually enjoy the singer’s voice. It’s just that it does little to represent itself as something notable. Still good, just not great.

32. Ozzy Osbourne - Perry Mason – 7.4
Azuarc

Sometimes Ozzy is really hard to take seriously. I love the guy, but he’s not at all talented in singing. This song is pretty standard metal for the most part though. Luckily, the guitar solo is fantastic, and saves this song from mediocrity.

31. Johnny Mercer - Strip Polka – 7.4
Kazbar

A true classic, Strip Polka is honestly a pretty catchy song. It suffers from lots of things like low quality instrumentation, but it just really shows how much a singer’s voice was valued back then, since he’s pretty damn good.
