Permits can be a huge pain in the ass, my Dad worked in construction for over 40 years. He would have plenty of rants about dealing with that stuff. Yeah the permit for this pool in a nearby city just took 8 months and it was the first of its kind in that city. My city has given one permit for this type of pool before. So it could be a while. ...
