Hell, bring a bottle of wine to them when discussing it to show that you are trying to be cordial about it. -buy earplugs. Buy a white noise machine. Get some padding for your floor. -move out/sublet. If your lease says you can't sublet, kindly speak to your landlord about the situation and see if there can be a compromise. -be the person who tries to create more noise/disturbances (within the law) and start a neighbor feud ...
