| foolm0r0n 06/13/23 2:20:19 PM #473: | I think it would be boring if they said "this card will always cost 6" and they can't make Wave say "this effects works on everyone except Galactus" But they could do some tricky stuff like "this card will always be the highest cost card in your hand" which means when wave makes your whole hand 4-cost, he ends up being 5-cost --- _foolmo_ he says listen to my story this maybe are last chance ...
