Sorozone 06/12/23 8:14:10 PM #245: | Another good squat day. Hit 335, and attempted 345. Good news I was able to be stable going down on the 345, but pushing back up was the problem. I held it for a good bit though, I expect to hit it next time. New sets looking like 255 x 8, 280 x 5, 310 x 3, and 345 x 1.
