Topic	was the 90s actually better or is it just nostalgia?

Yes, but there was more gun violence overall in the 90s (especially the early 90s). Homophobia was a lot worse too. Trans people were considered disgusting freaks by many if not most Americans. There was also plenty of racism and police brutality. The only difference was that people rarely had cameras on them so police officers' stories were always accepted as fact. Sexual assault was both more common and more underreported. I'm sure there's lots more that I haven't mentioned but this is enough. --- And who are you, my little friend?
