Yeah, Boogeyman felt like a PG-13 horror movie, but it did a lot with the theme of grief that I really appreciated too. The monster design though was absolutely A+ though and probably the best part of the movie. Really stunning that they could show so much of the bastard and he's still effective. But they had a lot of ideas. Some of the set pieces they had were tremendous too, and I think that's something that gets overlooked a lot in horror movies sometimes. Some of them were just so simple but just had added touches and placement that worked so well.

I think your placement is probably right, but I probably would've snuck it to the bottom of A tier.
