Okay so what is it already in the water behind him that swims out of frame to the left, reappears in the upper left, whips around to face him in a conscious manner before going out of frame again, and what is he looking directly at instead of the buoy, crowd, or boat, and why is he frantically swimming in the opposite direction of it? A bunch of drunk teens probably didn't notice the exact same thing that you didn't notice because it happened so quick. It swims out of frame within the first second.
