I think she took a break some time between January and February, and that "break" basically just went on and on now she's very visibly getting up there in weight That's not that long of a break. I mean I'm sure she put on weight in that time, but it's unlikely she shifted from fit to obese in that short of a time frame. If so then something deeper is going on. You may have unrealistic expectations but at the same time if you don't want to be with her anymore then that's all there is to it. Time to break up. She's a nice, sweet person. I'd still like to be friends with her and hang out, but as far as sexual attraction goes; yeah...
